• All items in my store are hand-made by me.Â

• Being hand-made the item may not be perfect but that is the nature of hand-made items.Â

• I use Resin, Molds, Soy Wax and a variety of inks, mica, paints with papers and card for crafting.Â

All Orders… 

• All orders are placed directly online by clicking on the (Buy Now) button.Â

• The exception to the rule is when you are ordering a personalised item.Â

• I accept returns for defective products onlyÂ

• I do not accept exchangesÂ

• Return Costs to be implemented by the buyer.Â
